THE KNITTERS BEHIND THE KNITTING
What More? Productions collaborated with three textile students from Chelsea College of Arts - Saphia Barros, Claudia Naen and Alice Thompson - who created the knitted banners of red, white and blue for the Tricolour flag of our set. They also created the weeping ghost of Purl who watches on stage.

THE KNITTERS
Which would you rather?
A night spinning a pound of wool?
Or five minutes on the machine?
The breaking wheel of torture?
Or the clean sweep of the guillotine?
